Zero Error Racing, Inc. warrants that the products sold by us shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety(90) days from the date of purchase. Zero Error Racing, Inc. will, at our discretion, replace or repair any product or part thereof that proves to be defective. To return a defective item take the following actions within the warranty period:

• 1.) Contact Zero Error Racing, Inc. and explain the problem to one of our technicians. If it is determined that the problem is a warrantable defect you will be given a "Warranty Claim Authorization Number".



• 2.) Within five(5) days return the defective product to Zero Error Racing, Inc., freight prepaid. The package should be addressed to:

  Be sure to include the "Warranty Claim Authorization Number" on the label.

This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof that has been improperly installed or subjected to improper use or maintenance. Any items that may have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Zero Error Racing, Inc. are not included in this policy. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. The remedy provided above is exclusive and Zero Error Racing, Inc. shall have no liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of any and all products sold by Zero Error Racing, Inc.
